MEET MAGGIE

My Story
Im Margaret Mensch, a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over a decade of
experience in individual and family therapy. My journey into counseling began with a
background in education, where I developed a deep commitment to supporting children and teens
through emotional, academic, and behavioral challenges. Over time, that passion expanded into
helping people of all ages navigate life’s struggles with compassion, insight, and resilience.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of
concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, grief, life transitions, and relationship
challenges. I bring a humanistic approach to therapy, integrating cognitive behavioral techniques,
mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to meet each client where they are and support them in reaching their goals.
My Mission
My mission is to guide, inspire, and empower individuals and families through the therapeutic
process. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood,
and equipped with practical tools to overcome life’s difficulties. Whether teaching tools to help
people manage stress, supporting individuals through life transitions, or working with clients to
heal and grow beyond traumatic experiences, I am dedicated to providing compassionate care
that fosters long-lasting change and emotional well-being.
